At Nadine Serene, we believe that receiving your order should be as seamless and elegant as the piece you’ve chosen. That’s why we’re committed to dispatching your order swiftly, securely, and with great care.


📦 UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (4–7 working days):
For a more economical option, we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours and typically arrive within three to six working days of dispatch.

‣ Orders placed after 1pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be fulfilled on Monday, arriving Wednesday or Thursday.

Shipping Fee:

‣ Free on orders over £100

‣ £2.95 on orders below this threshold

All UK orders are tracked and insured for your peace of mind. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel is dispatched.


🌍 International Shipping (Including USA)

Standard Delivery (5–15 working days):
International orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. Where possible, we ship from our local warehouses. If an item is unavailable locally, it will be shipped directly from our UK studio using Royal Mail International Tracked.

‣ You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

‣ Customs delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Important:
International customers may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or other local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise checking your country’s import policies before ordering.


🛠️ Made-to-Order Pieces

Many of our signature pieces are handcrafted to order, ensuring each one meets the standards of beauty, durability, and uniqueness Nadine Serene is known for.

‣ Lead time: 4–6 weeks from the date of order

‣ Each piece is delicately hand-finished and undergoes a strict quality control process

‣ On rare occasions, this timeframe may be shorter or slightly longer depending on complexity and demand

📬 Delayed or Missing Orders

We understand how important your order is. If it hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we’re here to help.

‣ UK Customers: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us here.

‣ International Customers: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch.

We keep records and tracking for every order. If your item is marked as delivered or attempted but hasn’t reached you:

Check with your local delivery office to arrange redelivery

‣ If the parcel is lost in transit, we’ll assist you in opening a claim with the courier

Changed your mind? That’s okay.

‣ Returns are accepted within 28 days of receiving your item

‣ Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

‣ Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty
